Project Description:

Our team executed a comprehensive front-end refresh for Walmart Store #2667 in Dallas, supporting the retailer's ongoing modernization program. This project required precise coordination to minimize operational disruption while upgrading customer-facing checkout systems and refrigeration infrastructure. The scope included removing existing self-checkout registers and installing new staffed registers, along with installing new refrigerated cases and supporting mechanical systems. Electrical work encompassed relocating and extending circuitry for new equipment, including power connections for grab-and-go refrigeration units and lottery machines. Mechanical installations included drain lines, roof penetrations for vent lines, RCU units, condensate pumps, and condensing units with open-air cases. The project required structural steel installation for mechanical curbs and careful roof modifications to accommodate new equipment while maintaining building envelope integrity. All work was completed within Walmart's operational parameters to ensure continuous store operations throughout the construction period.
