Project Description:

Our team executed a comprehensive store remodel for Best Buy location #167 in The Woodlands, Texas, transforming nearly the entire retail space to support the company's new "Experience Store" format and updated customer experience standards. This extensive renovation required careful phasing to maintain store operations while completing substantial interior and exterior improvements. The scope included demolition of existing interior partitions, complete interior reconstruction with metal framing and drywall, and installation of new finishes, fixtures, and tile work. Exterior improvements encompassed landscaping upgrades, stainless steel bollard installation, concrete paving for a new pickup area, and structural steel canopy construction. Building systems work included trenching for electrical infrastructure, insulation upgrades, ceiling installations, and stair and handrail improvements. The project also involved door and hardware installations and FRP wall protection in appropriate areas. All work was coordinated to minimize disruption to retail operations and meet Best Buy's rollout schedule requirements.
