Project Description:

Our team has completed multiple expansions for Grand Parkway Baptist Church in Richmond, Texas, supporting the congregation's growth and ministry development. The first phase involved a ground-up sanctuary addition, providing expanded worship space for the growing church community.

The second phase included a 13,000 square foot, two-story wood-framed addition dedicated to children's ministry and educational programming. This children's ministry building was constructed as a ground-up structure, requiring full site coordination with the existing church facilities to maintain ongoing operations throughout construction. Both additions were designed to integrate with the existing campus while meeting specific functional requirements for worship and educational activities. The phased approach allowed the church to expand its capacity and services while managing construction timelines and operational needs across multiple building programs.
