Project Description:

Our team delivered a new ground-up Aspen Dental facility designed to support high-quality patient care and an efficient operational model for a national healthcare provider. This project included full site development, vertical construction, utility coordination, and interior buildout tailored to Aspen Dental’s clinical and branding standards. The new freestanding dental office was constructed on a previously undeveloped site, requiring comprehensive sitework, including earthwork, grading, utility extensions, and installation of parking, sidewalks, and landscaping. The building was designed and constructed to meet Aspen Dental’s standardized prototype while accommodating site-specific municipal requirements.
